- TurnPoint Services: One Budget Across Nearly 60 Locations: How Solid Giant replaced spreadsheet budgeting at TurnPoint Services, a PE-backed home services company: one platform where 223 people build the budget for 59 locations and 573 departments, with monthly results tracked all year.
- Production Voice AI for a Health System IT Help Desk: A voice AI agent answers the IT help desk for a multi-hospital U.S. health system: 21,204 calls answered, 1,754 Jira tickets auto-created, 53-second triage, every hand-off to a human with the ticket already open. - Access Ventures: One CRM Across Three Organizations, With AI Capture: A custom CRM for Access Ventures and its sister organizations: one record per person across three orgs, restricted notes, syncs with giving and event tools, voice memo capture by AI, and a Claude connector. Real data goes live in October 2026.
- Freedom Signal: One-to-One SMS Outreach at Scale, Built for Compliance: Freedom Signal is a nonprofit texting platform that helps advocates reach people being exploited online. Solid Giant rebuilt it end to end: a new API, web apps for outreach and admin, mobile apps, and compliance rules that honor an opt-out across every organization on the platform.
