Josh Starr, founder of Solid Giant

Josh Starr founded Solid Giant in 2008 and has run it founder-led for 18 years, based in Louisville, Kentucky. Earlier in his career he was part of the team that built the e-commerce portion of Walmart.com, designing and building product landing pages for Fortune 100 brands including Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Procter & Gamble, Olay, Tide, and Kellogg's (earlier career credentials, not current Solid Giant client engagements).

Today he builds production AI for founder-led and operator-run businesses and personally runs the live HIPAA-cleared voice AI deployment inside a major U.S. health system. The person who scopes a diagnostic is the person who runs it. No junior handoffs, no account managers between you and the engineers.
