One morning in your business. One page that says what to fix first.
Most owners know something's tangled. They just don't know which thing to fix first, or whether AI is even the answer. I spend a morning with the people who answer your phones, send your invoices, build your reports and run your schedule. Within a week you get one page: what to fix first, what each fix saves, what it costs, and what to leave alone. If I can't find at least 10 hours a week or $20,000 a year your business is losing, you don't pay.
From the team behind voice AI that has answered 21,204 calls for a major U.S. health system, budgeting software for nearly 60 TurnPoint Services locations, and AI estimating for Citadel.
Sample fix list: Riverbend Heating & Air (a made-up company)
Walkthrough: a Tuesday morning, 3.5 hours on site. Sat with: owner, office manager, two CSRs, dispatcher. Delivered: the following Monday.
We found about 19 hours a week of retyping, chasing and report-building, plus about 25 missed calls a week. Guarantee: 10 hrs/week line cleared.
- Answer after-hours and lunch-hour calls with AI, booked straight onto the dispatch board: About 25 calls a week go to voicemail, and most of those callers never call back. Saves ~25 missed calls/week. $12,000, 3 weeks.
- Text unsold estimates on day 2 and day 7: Follow-up only happens when a CSR remembers, so most estimates never get a second touch. Saves ~9 hrs/week. $9,500, 2 weeks.
- Stop typing job notes twice: CSRs retype every ticket from the dispatch board into invoicing. Saves ~6 hrs/week. $7,500, 2 weeks.
- Build the Monday report automatically: The office manager spends Monday morning pulling numbers from three places. Saves ~4 hrs/week. $7,500, 2 weeks.
Leave alone: Keep your field service software. It's fine. The problem is the retyping around it. Don't automate warranty claims yet. Four a month won't pay back the build.
The $1,750 walkthrough fee comes off fix #1 if it starts by December 15, 60 days after the readout.
Sample for a made-up company. Numbers are illustrative. Yours is written after a morning inside your business.
What happens that morning
I sit with whoever does the work, not just the owner. The front desk, dispatch, whoever sends the invoices, whoever builds the Monday report. I watch how things actually get done, ask a lot of dumb questions, and write down every place someone retypes something, waits on something, or relies on memory. Outside Louisville we do the same thing over a few shorter video calls with screen sharing.
What you get
One page, within a week, like the sample above. A ranked list of fixes, each with what it saves, a fixed price, and how long it takes. Plus a short list of things to leave alone, because not everything should be automated. I walk you through it in person. The list is yours either way.
The guarantee
If I can't find at least 10 hours a week or $20,000 a year your business is losing, you don't pay for the walkthrough. You still keep the list.
What it costs
$1,750, paid when you book the morning. The full amount comes off your first fix if it starts within 60 days of the readout. If someone we work with sent you, like a partner, an advisor, or one of our clients, the walkthrough is free.
Two a week
I do two walkthroughs a week. Each one gets a full morning and a real write-up, and I won't hand that off to anyone else, so that's the limit. Book a call and I'll give you the next open mornings.
What happens next
Most fixes are a Fix-it Sprint: one fixed-price job, $7,500 to $15,000, two to three weeks. Bigger jobs get a written quote. Afterward you can keep us on monthly to run it and pick the next fix, or take the keys. The code, the accounts and the data are yours either way.
Frequently asked questions
- How much does the walkthrough cost?
- $1,750, paid when you book. It comes off your first fix in full if that fix starts within 60 days of the readout. It's free if a partner, an advisor or one of our clients referred you.
- What's the guarantee?
- If I can't find at least 10 hours a week or $20,000 a year your business is losing, you don't pay for the walkthrough.
- How long does it take?
- One morning on site, usually three to four hours. You get the written list within a week, and I walk you through it in person. Outside Louisville it's a few shorter video calls instead.
- How soon can you come?
- I do two walkthroughs a week, so it depends on the calendar. Book a 30-minute call and you'll get the next open mornings on that call.
- Who needs to be there?
- The people who do the work: whoever answers the phones, sends invoices, builds reports and runs the schedule. The owner for the first and last half hour is plenty.
- What if the answer is that we don't need AI?
- Then that's what the list says. Sometimes the fix is a setting in software you already pay for, or a better spreadsheet. You still get the list, and the credit still applies to any fix you do with us.
- Do I have to hire you for the fixes?
- No. The list is yours. It usually makes sense to start one fix with us, because the people who found the problem can fix it fastest, but you don't have to.
