Solid Giant AI Demo Line: text messaging terms
Program description: the Solid Giant AI Demo Line is a phone number answered by an AI receptionist for a fictional home services company, so business owners and partners can hear production voice AI. When you opt in, Solid Giant may text you the demo phone number, a confirmation of a demo booking you made on the call, a short recap of your call if you asked for one, and replies to messages you send.
How to opt in: submit your mobile number on solidgiant.com/demo and check the consent box; or say yes when the AI receptionist offers to text you; or text START or DEMO to the demo number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies: typically one to four messages per interaction and no more than ten per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will receive one confirmation text and nothing further. Reply HELP for help or email josh@solidgiant.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
