Text messaging (SMS)
Solid Giant sends text messages only to people who opt in: by checking the consent box on solidgiant.com/demo and submitting a mobile number, by saying yes when the AI receptionist on the demo line offers to text you, or by texting START or DEMO to the demo number. We send the demo phone number, a confirmation of a demo booking made on the call, a short recap of the call if requested, and replies to messages you send us. Message frequency varies: typically one to four messages per interaction and never more than ten per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one final confirmation text. Reply HELP for help or email josh@solidgiant.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the service providers that carry the messages for us (for example Twilio), who process your number solely to deliver the messages you asked for.
Information we collect and how we use it
Contact details you give us in forms, booking pages, and the site chat; booking details collected by Calendly; demo line call recordings, transcripts, and caller numbers (deleted within seven days); standard analytics from Google Analytics. We use it to respond to you, schedule and hold calls, run the demo line and send the texts you asked for, improve the site and demo, and keep records of consent. We do not sell personal information.
